• 3 cups HAPPIEE Plant-based Salmoniee Flakes
  • 1 packet pasta
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (400g)
  • 1 pack silken tofu
  • 1 packet spinach
  • 1 tsp dried herb of choice (rosemary, thyme, basil, oregano)
  • ½  tbsp coffee powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook pasta according to instructions on packaging, but subtract 3 minutes from cooking time.
  2. Drain pasta and rest.
  3. Blend silken tofu with coffee powder and set aside.
  4. Heat a pan with oil and add crushed tomatoes. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
  5. When crushed tomatoes start to bubble, add dried herbs.
  6. Allow to simmer for a minute or two, and crush any additional larger lumps.
  7. Add Salmoniee Flakes and loosen with a fork once it starts to soften.
  8. Add blended tofu mixture, pasta, and spinach to the pan and stir.
  9. Stir on heat until the spinach has wilted and the pasta has cooked through.
  10. Ready to serve.
