Ingredients:

  • 2 cup HAPPIEE! Plant-base Salmoniee Flakes
  • 4 croissants
  • Lettuce (sufficient)
  • Tomato (sufficient)
  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked in water overnight)
  • ½ tsp vinegar/lemon juice Salt to taste

Instructions:

For Salmoniee Flakes

  1. Bake Salmoniee Flakes in oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes without defrost.

For the Croissant

  1. Blend raw cashews until smooth.
  2. Add vinegar/lemon juice and salt to taste.
  3. Add Salmoniee flakes and combine.
  4. Slice croissants and stuff with the mixture in Step 3.
  5. Toast croissant for about 5 min or desired toastiness, and serve.
