Ingredients:
- 2 cup HAPPIEE! Plant-base Salmoniee Flakes
- 4 croissants
- Lettuce (sufficient)
- Tomato (sufficient)
- 1 cup raw cashews (soaked in water overnight)
- ½ tsp vinegar/lemon juice Salt to taste
Instructions:
For Salmoniee Flakes
- Bake Salmoniee Flakes in oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes without defrost.
For the Croissant
- Blend raw cashews until smooth.
- Add vinegar/lemon juice and salt to taste.
- Add Salmoniee flakes and combine.
- Slice croissants and stuff with the mixture in Step 3.
- Toast croissant for about 5 min or desired toastiness, and serve.
