• 2 cups HAPPIEE Plant-based Chickiee Popcorn
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp szechuan peppers, crushed
  • ½ tbsp spicy bean paste
  • 1 tbsp crushed peanuts
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


  1. Heat oil to 180°C and deep fry HAPPIEE Plant-based Chickiee Popcorn for 2.5 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Heat oil in a pan until it smokes, then add chilli flakes and szechuan peppers. Stir fry for a few minutes for the flavours to develop.
  3. Add peanuts and sesame seeds and stir fry for 1 minute before adding in spicy bean paste.
  4. Mix thoroughly before adding Chickiee popcorn.
  5. Increase the heat and stir fry for 5 minutes before serving.
