Ingredients:
- 2 cups HAPPIEE Plant-based Chickiee Popcorn
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp szechuan peppers, crushed
- ½ tbsp spicy bean paste
- 1 tbsp crushed peanuts
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Heat oil to 180°C and deep fry HAPPIEE Plant-based Chickiee Popcorn for 2.5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Heat oil in a pan until it smokes, then add chilli flakes and szechuan peppers. Stir fry for a few minutes for the flavours to develop.
- Add peanuts and sesame seeds and stir fry for 1 minute before adding in spicy bean paste.
- Mix thoroughly before adding Chickiee popcorn.
- Increase the heat and stir fry for 5 minutes before serving.
