• 1 pack HAPPIEE Plant-based Fishiee Sticks
  • 2 bowls white sushi rice
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (omit for mild spicy level)
  • (optional) chopped leek / scallions


  1. Cook white sushi rice.
  2. Air-fry HAPPIEE Plant-based Fishiee Sticks at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown and set aside.
  3. Melt the butter over medium heat in a small saucepan.
  4. Add flour and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low and continue to stir for 15 minutes.
  5. Add in curry powder, garam masala and cayenne pepper. Stir to mix well.
  6. Plate rice and Fishiee sticks and pour curry roux over.
  7. Sprinkle scallions and leek to garnish.
  8. Ready to serve.
