Ingredients:
- 1 pack HAPPIEE Plant-based Fishiee Sticks
- 2 bowls white sushi rice
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (omit for mild spicy level)
- (optional) chopped leek / scallions
Instructions:
- Cook white sushi rice.
- Air-fry HAPPIEE Plant-based Fishiee Sticks at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown and set aside.
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a small saucepan.
- Add flour and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low and continue to stir for 15 minutes.
- Add in curry powder, garam masala and cayenne pepper. Stir to mix well.
- Plate rice and Fishiee sticks and pour curry roux over.
- Sprinkle scallions and leek to garnish.
- Ready to serve.
