Ingredients:

  • 1 pack HAPPIEE! Plant-based Fishiee Patties
  • 4 slices sourdough
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • Honey Mustard Spread:
    • 2 tbsp Honey Mustard Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Vegan Mayonnaise
    • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil to 180°C and deep fry HAPPIEE! Plant-based Fishiee Patty for 5 mins or until golden brown.
  2. Butter sourdough and heat on pan until lightly browned.
  3. Prepare honey mustard spread by combining honey mustard, vegan mayonnaise and dijon mustard together.
  4. Spread honey mustard spread over sourdough.
  5. Assemble with fishiee patty.
  6. Ready to serve!
