Ingredients:
- 1 pack HAPPIEE! Plant-based Fishiee Patties
- 4 slices sourdough
- 1 tsp Butter
- Honey Mustard Spread:
- 2 tbsp Honey Mustard Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegan Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Instructions:
- Heat oil to 180°C and deep fry HAPPIEE! Plant-based Fishiee Patty for 5 mins or until golden brown.
- Butter sourdough and heat on pan until lightly browned.
- Prepare honey mustard spread by combining honey mustard, vegan mayonnaise and dijon mustard together.
- Spread honey mustard spread over sourdough.
- Assemble with fishiee patty.
- Ready to serve!
