Ingredients:

  • 1 pack HAPPIEE Plant-based Fishiee Patty
  • 2 lightly toasted brioche burger buns
  • 4 tomato slices
  • ½ cup lettuce
  • 2 tbsp tartare sauce


Instructions:

  1. Heat oil to 180°C and deep fry HAPPIEE Plant-based Fishiee Patty for 4.5 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Lightly toast brioche bun until crispy.
  3. Layer lettuce, tomato, Fishiee Patty and tartare sauce over brioche bun.
  4. Ready to serve.
