Ingredients:
- 1 pack HAPPIEE Plant-based Fishiee Patty
- 2 lightly toasted brioche burger buns
- 4 tomato slices
- ½ cup lettuce
- 2 tbsp tartare sauce
Instructions:
- Heat oil to 180°C and deep fry HAPPIEE Plant-based Fishiee Patty for 4.5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Lightly toast brioche bun until crispy.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, Fishiee Patty and tartare sauce over brioche bun.
- Ready to serve.
