• 2 pieces HAPPIEE Plant-based Chickiee Patties
  • 2 portions wheat noodles (you-mien/ban-mien)
  • ½ pack bok choy
  • Sesame seeds (sufficient)
  • For noodle sauce
    • 2 tbsp peanut butter
    • 1 tbsp soya sauce
    • 1 tbsp chilli oil
    • 2 tsp chinese wine
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp black vinegar
    • ½ tsp ginger juice


For Breaded Chickiee Patties

  1. Deep-fry until golden brown using fresh oil. Slice into strips.

For Noodles

  1. Mix all ingredients for noodle sauce until well combined. Cook noodles according to instructions. Toss noodles with noodle sauce until well coated.

To prepare

  1. Blanch bok choy for about a minute to cook. Drain and set aside. Aportion noodles, bok choy, and patties into bowls. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
