Ingredients:
- 1 pack HAPPIEE Plant-based Chickiee Nuggets
Vegan Curry Sauce
- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water overnight
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Vegan Thai Chilli Sauce
- 6 bird-eye chillies
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp cornflour
Instructions:
- Heat oil to 180°C and deep fry HAPPIEE Plant-based Chickiee Nuggets for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Vegan Curry Sauce
- Blend cashews until smooth. Add to a pan and heat to remove some moisture.
- Add curry powder, honey, and vinegar and stir until well combined. Remove off heat.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Ready to serve.
Vegan Thai Chilli Sauce
- Blend chillies with water and add to a pan.
- Heat pan and add sugar, stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Add cornflour and stir until sauce thickens. Ready to serve.
