Ingredients:

  • 1 pack HAPPIEE Plant-based Chickiee Nuggets

Vegan Curry Sauce

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water overnight
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Vegan Thai Chilli Sauce

  • 6 bird-eye chillies
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp cornflour


Instructions:

  • Heat oil to 180°C and deep fry HAPPIEE Plant-based Chickiee Nuggets for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Vegan Curry Sauce

  1. Blend cashews until smooth. Add to a pan and heat to remove some moisture.
  2. Add curry powder, honey, and vinegar and stir until well combined. Remove off heat.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Ready to serve.

Vegan Thai Chilli Sauce

  1. Blend chillies with water and add to a pan.
  2. Heat pan and add sugar, stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add cornflour and stir until sauce thickens. Ready to serve.
